Who else is out there and what do you like about them (or not)
We are on the verge of a new film culture and infrastructure, driven by both the creators and the audiences. We must accept that being a filmmaker means taking responsibility for our films all the way through the process. Building the new infrastructure is the first step towards real media independence.

I use Neoflix. And so far so good.
Transit Media (transitmedia.net) is an excellent fulfillment house. The handle fulfillment for New Day Films (more than 100 filmmakers) and a number of other specialized distributors. They also distribute for individual film makers.
fulfillment is a changing game as a lot people are fed up with the middlemen or lack of service that these companies provide.
My friends Paul and Bruce Durnie have been running a replication facility for about 12 years now and I sat down with them to discuss having them do fulfillment and direct mailing on behalf of producers a very fair price.
If anybody would like to discuss this upcoming venture and how it can benefit everyone please let me know. Having an actual replicator who can double as your admin, online transaction service, returns, and bulk shipping agent is a really good thing!
you can email me at dgeertz AT biracy DOT com
here is paul and bruce's company.

I've used Amazon's CreateSpace (https://www.createspace.com/) and have been pretty pleased with them.
